Schedule Phil to speak at your next meeting. He can speak about any topic on this website. His mission is to recover, nurture and develop what Max Weber1 called the Protestant Work Ethic, which is simply the application of biblical principles to business.
This is not a new development, nor is Phil a pioneer of it. This movement began in the early 1900s. Over time it has developed a considerable bibliography, and is currently positioned for dynamic development in the wake of the current values crisis in education, government and business.

1. Max Weber is the father of Sociology and author of the classic study, The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism (1904). The thesis of the book is that Protestant Christianity provided the moral values for the development of capitalism and the success of American economics (now in decline because of the loss of Christian morality).
